Kim Jestem?

Not everyone who works with energy is a healer. N

Not everyone who works with energy is a healer.

Not everyone who practices yoga walks through life with kindness.

Not everyone who travels truly sees the places they visit.

The path is never defined by what we do. It is shaped by how deeply we allow life to transform us.

Over ten years ago, I left my home with a cheap 23kg suitcase, tears in my eyes, and a heart full of fear. I didn't know I would never truly return. I didn't know if I would see the people I loved again. I only knew I had to trust the unknown.

Life has a way of stripping everything away until the only person left to lean on is yourself. There is nowhere to run from the pain—only an invitation to sit with it, to look it in the eyes, and let it become your greatest teacher.

That is where compassion is born.

We can only truly hold space for another when we have walked through our own darkness. When we have met our wounds without judgment, we learn how to meet someone else's with love. Not to fix them, but to remind them that they are not alone.

Every time I place my hands on someone, I listen beyond the words. The body remembers. The soul never lies. It gently reveals the emotions, beliefs, and stories that have been waiting to be seen.

The moment those unspoken truths are acknowledged, something begins to soften. Energy starts to move. Breath returns. The heart opens.

And that is when healing begins.

Healing is not something we give to another. It is something we awaken within them.

May we all become less concerned with appearing spiritual, and more devoted to living with presence, honesty, and love.

Moving from Camatkarasana into Chakrasana can feel

Moving from Camatkarasana into Chakrasana can feel intense at first, but the key is control, not speed.

Here’s how to make it safer and smoother:

✔️ Ground both feet before you shift weight
✔️ Lift your hips first — create space before you rotate
✔️ Open your chest toward the ceiling, don’t collapse into the lower back
✔️ Keep your core lightly engaged for support
✔️ Place your hands with control, not momentum
✔️ Breathe slowly to guide the transition

Think: expansion over effort 🌬️
The more you slow it down, the more stable and beautiful it becomes.

This is a great drill for building confidence in backbends, shoulder openness, and controlled transitions 🤍

Save this for your practice, you’ll come back to it as your flexibility grows 🔁✨

I didn’t know I was a psychic medium until I was 3

I didn’t know I was a psychic medium until I was 32.

I had always been intuitive. I dreamed a lot, I could feel people, places, and energies, but I never thought it was anything unusual. I just didn’t pay attention to it.

At 32, my life completely shifted. I lost the home I loved, the person I loved, and the vision I had for my future and family. I felt unstable, questioning everything, wondering how much worse things could get.

I tried to ground myself through yoga and therapy, but it only helped to a certain point. I still felt stuck.

That’s when I was guided to an energy healer and medium. During our session, he told me I could do exactly what he does. No explanation, just this: you don’t need to teach the sun how to shine, just start.

It took me time to process that. But when I began working with people, everything changed.

As I move my hands through someone’s body, I receive information through visions, thoughts, and sounds. I also receive messages from their energy and sometimes from loved ones on the other side.

Today, I use this ability to help people reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, and restore their energy.

If you’ve ever felt more sensitive or intuitive than others, there might be a reason for that.

Send me a message if you feel called to explore it.

Biggest lesson yoga taught me wasn’t about poses… it was about kindness. 🧘‍♀️
In a world that feels more and more harsh, choosing an open heart is the real practice.
People might not always give it back—but the universe always responds. ✨

Instead of jumping from one yoga class to another,

Instead of jumping from one yoga class to another, find a teacher who truly resonates with you.
Someone who guides you step by step so you can see real progress, in both body and mind.
🫶

Not everyone who hurts you is strong.
Sometimes they are just wounded.
It’s easier to judge.
Harder to look within.
Yoga teaches another way:
soften the body
observe the mind
accept what is.
Keeping your heart open
in a closed world
is a quiet kind of power.
Maybe it won’t bring you profit…
but it will bring you peace.

You only see the outside.
You don’t see what they carry.

The unspoken words.
The tension in the body.
The silent breakdowns.

And then… something opens.

In stillness, in a safe space
the truth comes out.
The body releases.
The energy shifts.

This is what energy healing does.
It helps you release what you’ve been holding for years.

You were never meant to carry it alone.

✨ If this resonates, it’s not by accident.
✨ Listen to your body. Your emotions. Your energy.

For over a decade, I have been living between continents, languages, and different ways of life, I am a long-distance daughter, a friend you might find in the strangest yoga position if you call me unexpectedly.

A person who lives in different languages, in the body, the mind, and the spirit.

Over the years, life has tested me again and again, moving me from one dark space to another, asking if I could find my way back to the surface.

I spent time with therapists, energy healers, and yoga teachers, searching for healing from the wounds created by my environments, but also searching for my true self.

Today, I can share that for several months I have been guiding others through my “magnetism” and yoga sessions, helping people move through their dark places and find serenity.

**FR**
